Ron BlandSales Manager
Ron Bland has 30 years of experience in industrial sales, sales management and quality management, focusing on wind energy since 2004. He is well-known and respected by customers throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
Before joining the MD&A team in July 2011, Ron worked as field sales engineer for an independent electrical and mechanical apparatus repair service company in the U.S., serving industrial customers from coast to coast. He increased sales and developed new business relationships in the wind industry in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Wyoming.
Ron has a wealth of knowledge on wind turbine maintenance practices and parts for most makes of wind turbines on both the electrical and mechanical systems. He can help you find solutions to your maintenance issues.

Anthony McNeillGeneral Manager
Anthony McNeill has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University. He has been involved in power generation services his entire career.
Prior to joining the MD&A team in 2007, Anthony spent 15 years at General Electric in various roles for their field services. He worked for six years as an international controls specialist field engineer, was facility manager at a power plant, and his most recent role at GE was Operations Manager, Control Solutions. Michael SchmidtField Services & Training Manager
Michael Schmidt has been involved in industrial equipment/machine design, service and repair since completing an AAS Degree in Industrial Electricity and Electronics in 1987. Before joining the MD&A team in January 2010, he helped shape the standard for two-year wind technology curriculum through his role in the development of two notable and successful Wind Energy Technology programs, most recently as program director with Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and prior to that as program co-coordinator and instructor at Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville, Iowa.
Mike has been a member of the American Wind Energy Association Safety Committee since 2006 and is helping develop a wind energy-tailored OSHA 10-hour safety training course through the Safety Training and Education Subcommittee. He is a member of the Iowa Wind Energy Association and has also participated in several National Renewable Energy Laboratory working groups and training events, including the Gearbox Reliability Collaborative.
